Too much volcano!

There's actually no volcano despite a battle at Aso.

We're wanted criminals on the run from the government backed version of the JDF. I forget what town we're in, but their shops have new weapons and backpacks. Good luck figuring out your weight and power distribution, but I spent the first thirty minutes tonight rearranging my wanzer parts. I think I have a good plan if my team ever figures out how to learn something, that is... Don't forget to equip the back four, too. After visiting yet another bar, we get word that the enemy is approaching. Alisa, though, sees something fishy. They might be landing by the sea at Nagahama. Our new boss sends recon to confirm it, but what if we intercepted that early raid?

We're in the middle of the docks and can go after one side or the other. I'd suggest going to the left because there are more launchers there. I didn't and killed the punchy guys first. The leader is also to the left, and he has Target Arm, which crippled Yun. Always give your support a restore part item.

We'll return to Kumamoto and learn the real fighting is about to begin. Trained soldiers suck, so we volunteer to split ourselves again to take on two of three groups coming for us. Ryoji volunteers as the Mount Aso leader, and Yun is automatically placed there too. I added Linny and Marcus, but Marcus was a mistake. The battle is against a number of tanks and a transport. The truck tried to flee, I think, but I didn't let it. Bring P defense as that's all the tanks use. They all have p def as well, which is why Marcus sucked.

The next battle at Omuta is against the guy we killed before. His backup consists of two tough mechs, two tanks, and three helicopters. Li has yet to learn anything, so he kinda sucks, and the USN duo has trash aim. Why do they always focus Kazuki? I save scummed so hard here because this was tough. The copters are launchers, and everything is aggressive. No one hangs back to wait. Try not climbing on the building? I cheated, so I don't have a strategy to give. Kuroi dies, for real this time, probably, and we get ready to return to base. Ryoji complained that the drawn out battle was pushing his group to their limits, so we're either helping in or getting ready for a final charge. We'll see...

...tomorrow!

We're almost done with Emma's route. Seven more fights...
